Hi! My name is Claudia Zimmerman. I am a yoga teacher. In this site, you will find everything yoga related – from my point of view. My focus, however, is “Yoga Through Self Love” because:

A long time ago, and for a long time, I thought yoga was just a class where one went to do poses and stretches – that all changed when I took the Yoga Teacher Training course at the Sunstone Academy.
Today, to me, yoga is about connection. I often say,
“Yoga is the practice and discipline of nurturing the connection between your mind and you body.”
But it’s so much more than that. It also includes the connection between your mind, body, and soul; as well as, the connection between ourselves and everything around us, including the earth and life itself. Furthermore, yoga is also about flexibility, strength, health, love, peace, acceptance, compassion, balance, gratitude, and spirituality.
My focus in this blog-site is “Yoga Through Self Love” because I believe that everything else branches off of it. Want to grow your practice? Practice self love.

Join me in this journey. Let us build a better world together! We can start by practicing self-love; so, that we may put our best selves forward. Only then will we be able to make a difference in the lives of others and the world around us.
